Manufacturing Plant Compliance

  • BSCI, SA8000, ISO 45001/14001, WRAP, SMETA, C-TPAT certification baseline.
  • Zero tolerance: child/forced labor, max 60 hr/week, voluntary OT only.
  • Structural, fire safety & worker welfare facilities documented annually.

Raw Material Compliance

  • Fiber traceability via GOTS, OCS, BCI, RWS, RDS or GRS certification.
  • Chemical inputs verified: MSDS, ZDHC MRSL, REACH, no SVHC substances.
  • UFLPA origin screening + Certificate of Origin for all inputs.

Sustainability of Process

  • Water <100 L/kg target; ETP discharge per ZDHC guidelines.
  • Energy/GHG tracking (Scope 1&2); >60% waste recycling target.

  • Screened against AAFA, AFIRM, REACH SVHC, CPSC, Prop 65, Oeko-Tex 100.
  • 3rd-party lab reports (Intertek, SGS, BV, Eurofins, TÜV) pre-shipment.
  • Non-compliance: CAR issued within 72 hrs, root cause in 15 days.
